'53 241 genny mount


Finally putting the finishing touches on my baby hemi, but there's no place to mount the genny!? Neither intake nor exhaust has genny mount. What do I do? Please HELP!

You might contact Jack Wagner. He's a Dodge guy and has fabbed lots of stuff for Dodge henis. He may have the brackets you want.

It is kinda ugly but there is a Dodge Hemi on E-bay now (6/2/09) that shows "stock" generator mount. Item number: 120429320004.
Obviously any bolt can be change to longer length or even a stud to mount brackets for hot rod fabrication. Good luck !

I plan to make an angle iron piece that mounts up from two intake bolts on the front of the intake manifold.I have not done this yet but have mounted my waterbox for the hose connection there on a piece of metal using spacers.I will have to cut spacers down then add two more on top for the alternator mount.Also there is some threaded holes unused in the Chevy water pump and one tapped hole in the front of my head.I know the PAW adapter will NOT work because I see in their catalog it mounts to the water crossover which my motor does not have.
