354 industrial hemi - some input please

Looking for some input. What is the difference between the automotive 354 and the industrial hemi. Are the heads / block / crank different - are the parts interchangeable. What would need to be changed to build a performance 354?? There's an IND 354 close to my home I'd like to look at but would like to talk to someone before I make a purchase. As you know these engines don't sit around too long before someone grabs them.

Bill:
The 354 industrial engine is basically the same as the 354 car engine (unlike truck and marine) with the exception of intake, cam and compression ratio. All of which you're going to change anyway. Those engines were often well maintained and make an excellent Hot Rod engine. There are differances so when ordering parts, always mention is an industrial version and have fun with it.
