Trans adaptor


I have a trans adaptor,354 hemi,want to know if anyone can tell me about it,it's 1 1/8 in thick has the letter's dcpd on it number's 17340619,the flex plate has the ring gear on it 1 1/2 in from the face,bolt pattern is for a mopar convertor,1 1/8 in crank hub,the mopar convertor fit's in the centre hole,when we try to put the flex plate it hit's the bellhosing on a small block 727,so don't know what it's for,anyone have a idea?? It's a OEM engine to OEM tranny spacer. Number isn't in my refrence book.
