poly ID help needed

I am needing help to ID a polyhead.
The stamped Id numbers are D67-3509C.
It was in a ratrod that I purchased a few years back so I do not know application/year or CI.
It is also equipped with hyd lifters which I am looking to replace as well as a new camshaft and timing chain.
It is mated to a cast iron torqueflight and also has what appears to be a factory 4bbl intake and carb.

If you haven't already, you might post this on www.forwardlook.net

I saw some info that the 57 Dodge from Canada had a 313 Poly with a D67 mark along with several other designations. Also they also had a 354 with the same number. Best bet is to take the numbers off the intake. That will tell if it is a low or tall deck. Also will tell if it is a Dodge or Chrysler.

What's the part # on the intake?

D 67 shows up as a model number for a '57 Dodge, but that shouldn't be on the engine, I'd think.

Searching all the Mopar ID websites I don't see anything with that prefix. Is this a Dodge?
