Oil filler tube

Looking for potential problems with my Desoto hemi build.
I am using either a 276 or preferably a 291 Desoto block with the HH aluminum front cover and 4 barrel intake.
The Desoto oil filler tube is on the front cover and will be eliminated with the new front cover. The intake doesn't have a filler provision for a filler tube and I don't really care for the looks of the valve cover fillers.
Does the finned aluminum valley cover have any provision for a filler tube or can a hole be milled to install one?
I don't want to have to add oil through the dipstick tube.

Odiesdad: The Hot Heads Desoto valley has a threaded, 'O' ringed oil fill hole.

Thanks, Bob
