392 hemi fitment issues

I’m trying to get some insight from those experienced or knowledgeable with trying to fit a 392 hemi into a 1932 Ford roadster . What are the things you can do/run to gain a little extra room? I really don’t want to cut up the original firewall.

Thanks!!! That does help me. Good to know it’ll help me gain some room. I may do a slim electric fan to gain room too.
I guess in hindsight I could have bought a small hemi but I knew the late 50’s 392s were desirable so I went with it

Henry:
The Hot Heads Chevy water pump conversion will shorten the engine 1 1/2" to 1 3/4". The end result will be:
Chrysler = 28 3/4"
Desoto = 27 1/4"
Dodge = 27"
I hope this helps,
Bob
