392 Head Gasket Recommendaton

I have a 392 that I'm currently using the SCE solid copper head gaskets. This past year, I experienced a very small (weeping) coolant leak at the head gasket. I currently have the heads off of the motor, and I am looking for some options on other head gasket styles. This is a street rod blower motor, boost is limited to around 6 pounds, so I need a gasket that wll be okay with forced induction.
Has anyone used the Best Composite/Copper gasket? I called Best, but they couldn't give any information regarding using their gasket with a blower. Their gasket is also thicker than the SCE, .052" compressed vs. .032" for the solid copper.

If anyone has used this gasket or if there are other options, I like to know what others are using in their Hemi.

Thanks,
Steve

Steve,
We have had great service out of the Best head gaskets and have customers running that standard gasket with no problems with blower engines. I asked Bob if he has ever heard of anyone having a problem with them and he hasn't either. Thanks,
Eric

Eric, thanks for the information. I'll be going with the Best Graph-Tite gasket. Is that Hot Heads part #90300?
Thanks

Nothing special about them.
Bought the sets off of EPay.

Thanks for the information.....hemihotrod, are the Fel-Pro gaskets put on "dry" or did you use a sealant like copper coat? Checked the Fel-Pro catalog and they list a Permatorque gasket #7908-PT. Looks like the gasket has a coating and goes on dry?

Jack, the Best gasket that you used, was that the Copper composite or the plain graphite gasket? Might want to try the copper again, but generic Fel-Pro looks good also.

Bob, what does Hot Heads recommend?

Thanks,
Steve

I have used 'Best' gaskets on a couple of 392s with no problems.
Not blown however, but being a composite gasket I would think they would be better than solid copper.
