600 Holley rework

I am running a 354 with dual carbs .The engine is stock compression and cam. The Holleys are 600 cfms vacume sec. which I know are too large . These came with the project and I would like to know if there is a way to jet them down to work . They are good and not very old . 390s is what I need but a !000.00 . If anyone has info. I would appreciate it. Thanks <moparlarry

Jetting down is a Band-Aid. Do they fit on the intake? Edelbrocks fit easily.
