On the Hot Heads intakes, there is a 1/2" NPT threaded boss between the first and second port on each side that go to water. A cleaner way is to use the Hot Heads water blocks #21603. Most folks use the passenger side for the heater hose, (concealed) and the drivers side for the temp sender, again concealed.
