Bob, Debra, Eric, Happy to report after years of calling you guys, and ultimately completely disassembling the never run "just built " engine to fix numerous problems created by whoever last assembled it including a flat cam in its first two hours running, that My wife Shara-Lea and I FINALLY made our first drive of the rat rod wrecker I've been Building the last six years. We drove it from our house on its first test drive to the Good Guys Street Rod show at Texas Motor Speedway. Finally after all these years, we didn't walk but DROVE it thru the tunnel into the track with the Old Hemi's zoomies exhaust pipes thundering happily along. The truck drew a crowd as soon as we parked and it really made me happy the kids love the old rusty Tow Mater looking truck. |
